Dark Violin Sunburst
AGB205 is a five-string variant of the AGB200 model from the Artcore series of electric basses in Ibanez catalog. These two models are both novelties, introduced earlier this year at NAMM show in Anaheim, Ca. As part of the Artcore series, AGB205 is a fully hollow bass with 30.3" scale, thin body and slim neck. It comes with a very comfortable single-cut body made of maple in it`s entirety. Body of this model features set in neck joint and carved top. Top is bound in multi-ply binding and it features a pair of bound "f" holes. There is no pickguard installed on the top. Bridge section is a special one, as it sports an Artcore Custom bridge in the front and a regular stoptail piece in the back. Both components are plated in gold, to match the rest of the hardware. Pickups are Ibanez ACHB humbuckers. These active pickups come with master volume, master tone and a three-way toggle pickup switch. Mahogany/maple neck is topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
