Velocity 2 Ash is one of few electric basses made by Hamer Guitars. Hamer started out several decades ago as a boutique guitar manufacturer and pretty quickly gained iconic status among both the professional and amateur players. Today, Hamer is a full-sized brand with two distinct segments in their catalog, the USA and the XT. USA is the exclusive one, while the XT is contains affordable models. Velocity 2 Ash belongs to the XT segment and it features a solid, double-cut body made of ash. Hamer offers this one in Transparent Red, Honeyburst and Transparent Black. On the top, there is a standard four-saddled hardtail bridge and a pair of slanted single-coiled pickups. Neck is made of maple and it`s topped with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.
