Deluxe Series continues and upgrades the concept presented through the Standard series. This series offers even more quality and better tone for a slightly bigger price. Genuine Fender build quality is combined with authentic tone and playability Fenders are known for. This series also includes models with active electronics, at least in the electric bass section of the series. Aerodyne Jazz Bass is a solid and double-cut bass with 34" scale, flat-top alder body, bolted maple neck and vintage styling. Hardware is plated in chrome and both the body and neck feature gloss finish. Bridge on this four-stringer is fit with four saddles and plated in chrome. Pickups come in the classic J/P pattern. Maple neck on the Aerodyne Jazz bass is topped with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard.
