1959 Precision Bass was, and still is, one one of the most sought after four-stringers. Back in the day, when it came out, it became an instant classic with it`s smooth and cool design and it`s superb tone. 2010 model with the 1959 Precision Bass name tag is as close as one can get to owning a 1959 Precision without it being made in 1959. It comes with a solid, double-cut body made of alder. It is fit with all the hardware and decorations the original four-stringer had. On the top, there is a vintage four-saddled bridge and a middle-positioned pickup with a metal cover above it. Neck is made of maple and it is topped with a standard 20-fret fingerboard made of maple.
