Both the electric guitar and the electric bass sections of the F series feature modern, fashionable instruments with bold design and an even bolder tone. The current lineup sports a wide range of four and five-string options. F-204FM is one of the four-stringers. Main features include a solid and double-cut F body (basswood base, two-piece flame maple top), ESP Designed pickups (SB-4B/N soapbar pickups), and LTD hardware. Natural Satin (flame maple headstock overlay, black nickel hardware, black plastic parts) is the only available color option. Other notable features include a 5-piece maple/jatoba neck (smooth finish, thin U profile), roasted jatoba fingerboard (24 XJ frets, dot inlays, 35" scale, 15.75" radius), LTD BB-604 hardtail bridge, and a set of LTD tuners.
