Natural Satin
D series in the LTD side of ESP/LTD catalog is equipped with three solid-bodied basses with neck-through construction, full-length scales and luxurious decorations. Sound-wise, these basses cover a lot of ground, being among the most versatile installments of the entire bass side of LTD catalog. Also, D 4, D 5 and D 6 can be used as full-time professional instruments. D 5 is a solid-bodied bass with modern design and construction. Wings of the body are made of merbau, while the middle part (neck) is made of mahogany and maple). Pair of active humbuckers is installed on the top of the body and it`s equipped with a standard set of control knobs. Mahogany and maple neck is topped with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.
