AVB series is dedicated to the production of modern electric basses. The main focus is on tonal versatility and playability, putting flashy aesthetics lower on the priorities list. Nordstrand electronics, 24-fret fingerboards and Gotoh hardware are the strongest points of AVB basses.
AVB-4005/R is a flat-top bass guitar with a double-cut ash body and a one-piece maple neck (bolt-on joint). The body is topped with a see-thru plastic pickguard, while the neck features a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard on top. Dot inlays and 1.83" string nut complete the fingerboard. Two Nordstrand Big Single pickups come in with a thundering roar and an ability to switch between passive and active states. Other major features include a hardtail bridge and die-cast tuners.
