BR-160A is a model from the Historic series in Blueridge catalog. This series is made in honor of the prewar acoustic guitars. Dominant shapes of this series are 000 and dreadnought, two contours which had tremendous popularity before the war. Dreadnought remained as popular even today, but 000 declined a bit. Hoever, the model this article is dedicated to is a dreadnought guitar with fully acoustic, non-cutaway body. It`s made of rosewood back and sides with spruce sound board. The top features gorgeous white binding, tortoise shell pickguard and double circle rosette. Bridge section on this model is equipped with a standard installation, which includes a belly-contoured bridge made of rosewood. Fingerboard is also made of rosewood and it features 20 frets with abalone inlays. Neck is made of mahogany.
