P600 is the second most expensive series featured in the current incarnation of Parkwood`s catalog. Together with P800 models, 600s form the top tier. Differences between them are mostly cosmetic in nature, with back/sides material being the biggest difference (rosewood on 800s, mahogany on 600s). P670 is an acoustic-electric GC model (GC stands for grand concert, Parkwood`s favorite compact-sized shape), with a cutaway body (scalloped X bracing), glued-in neck, and Fishman electronics. Natural (w/gloss finish, maple/abalone binding, abalone inlays) is the only available color option. Main construction features include solid mahogany back/sides, solid spruce top, solid mahogany neck (attached at the 14th fret), and 20-fret rosewood fingerboard. P670 also features a compensated rosewood bridge, Grover tuners, and Fishman Matrix pickup/preamp combo.
