Jay Turser`s Banjos series belongs to the Bluegrass range (Jay Turser`s umbrella range for banjos, mandolins, and resonator guitars). It currently has six models - three five-stringers, one four-stringer, one six-stringer, and one banjo/ukulele hybrid. JTBN-40 is an intermediate-class five-stringer, made for players serious about their progress and musical development. main features include a closed-back body (mahogany-made resonator, 24-bracket rim, coated Remo head, chrome armrest), mahogany neck, and stock hardware. Natural (w/gloss finish, chrome-plated hardware, Deluxe headstock & fingerboard inlays) is the only available color option. JTBN-40 comes completely electronics-free, having no amplification. Other notable features include a rosewood fingerboard (22 frets, Deluxe inlays, white binding), maple/rosewood bridge (adjustable, movable), and a set of five banjo tuners.
