One variety is the Mini Dreadnought tenor guitar which was introduced in May 2015, and belongs to the Artwood Vintage line. Though most of the players today might think that AVT2E is a completely new concept, the fact is that none of the construction features on this model are exactly new. Despite the dreadnought being one of the biggest body contours, before its introduction in the early 20th century, guitars used to be way smaller - parlor was a standard size in pre-dreadnought times. Also, the 22-7/8" tenor guitars were a common thing. Also, the string count was a lot more flexible thing, featuring on some o the "standard-sized", as well as tenor guitars. AVT2E also features the mahogany/spruce body, mahogany neck, Fishman Sonicore pickup and Ibanez preamp.
