Dreadnought is the dominant body shape in the Hohner catalog. Chorus is another series which only offers dreadnought-shaped steel-stringers. It is made up of two models, Chorus Mahogany and Chorus Mahogany Acoustic-Electric. Chorus Mahogany is a fully acoustic dread with non-cutaway design and dovetail joint construction. This model has unusually wide color palette, which consists of Black, Blue, Natural, Sunburst and Red. All are finished in satin. This color palette is complemented with chrome-plated hardware. Chorus Mahogany features mahogany as the material for body back, sides, as well as sound board. Bridge section is a standard acoustic and it features a rosewood bridge. Neck on this model is made of mahogany and it is topped with a rosewood fingerboard. 20 frets are marked with dot inlays.
