The affordable Mayfair series was designed in London, UK, instead of Aria`s headquarters in Japan. The experiment resulted in an interesting line of acoustic guitars made with thin satin finishes, solid body tops, and majestic tone. The current lineup has only two models - MF-200 (folk) and MF-240 (slope-shoulder dreadnought) - both electronics-free and with non-cutaway bodies. MF-200`s main features include laminated nato back & sides, solid spruce soundboard (thin, clear plastic pickguard, no rosette), 14th fret neck joint, stock hardware, 24-3/4" scale. The color palette includes Matte Natural, Matte Tobacco Sunburst, and Matte Cherry Sunburst color options. Other notable features include a solid nato neck, stained walnut fingerboard (20 frets, side dot inlays, 1-11/16" nut), fixed rosewood bridge, and chrome-plated tuners.
