The 100 series has the lowest position among the three "hundred" series featured in Aria`s acoustic range (the other two being 200 and 500). As such, the 100 series concentrates on beginners and players looking for super-affordable backup guitars. The 111CE model is an acoustic-electric version of the popular 111 dreadnought. Main features of this amplified dread include a single-cut body (sharp Florentine cutaway, spruce top, sapele back & sides, teardrop pickguard, simple rosette), standard 14th fret neck joint, 25-3/5" scale, Aria`s own electronics, and stock hardware. Matte Tobacco Sunburst, Matte Cherry Sunburst, Matte Black, and Natural options comprise the color palette. Other notable features include a mahogany neck, 20-fret rosewood fingerboard (1-11/16" nut, dot inlays, small frets), fixed rosewood bridge, and open-gear tuners.
