AD/AF series has two segments - AD and AF. AD contains dreadnought models, while the AF contains orchestra-shaped models. Models of these two segments feature the same materials, electronics, hardware and styling and are, for all intents and purposes, considered as members of one and the same series. AD-18 is a fully acoustic dreadnought model, made with traditional styling, Aria`s renowned craftsmanship and no electronics. The body of this affordable dread is made of mahogany (sides & back) and spruce (sound board). The neck is also made of mahogany. It rocks a 14th fret dovetail joint in the back and a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard on top (dot inlays, binding around the edges). Other major features include a rosewood fingerboard, traditional pickguard, abalone rosette and die-cast tuners.
