L Series Yamaha guitars are hand crafted by the brands top craftsmen and only the top shelf components get considered to be built onto these instruments. As a part of this series, the LJ26C has a medium sized single cutaway jumbo body made of spruce top and rosewood back and sides. It is available in natural color with gloss finish and natural binding. The bridge on this model is made of ebony with synthetic bone saddle. Electronics include System 60 pickup/preamp combo with the control panel installed on the side of the guitar. The neck on LJX26C is made of mahogany with a dovetail joint at the 14th fret. Ebony fingerboard is equipped with 20 medium frets, white dot inlays and 1.75" synthetic bone nut. Yamaha LJX26C costs around $2,800.
