When it comes to Timber Ridge series, these models are made entirely of solid woods, while retaining a decent pricing policy. That means a player does not have to sell his kidney to own a solid wood acoustic guitar. Currently, the series consists of three models, WD150SW, WD160SW and the top models, WD250SW. WD250SW comes as a non-cutaway dreadnought with a body made of solid rosewood back and sides and solid spruce top. Both top and back feature binding, it is rosewood binding. The top features no pickguards, but it sports a single circle abalone sound hole rosette. WD250SW comes in natural color with gloss finish on the body and satin on the back of the neck. The bridge is made of rosewood and is equipped with standard Washburn shape, black string pins and white saddle. There are no pickups, preamps, or mics featured on this model, as it is a fully acoustic guitar. The neck is made of mahogany and has a dovetail joint placed at, the steel stringer standard, 14th fret. The fingerboard is made of rosewood and sports 20 frets with offset dot position inlays and 1.69" wide string nut. Chrome plated die-cast tuners and 25-1/2" scale wrap the list of specs for WD250SW.
