Walden Guitars come from a small town in China, but bring big quality and very competitive models. Their primary focus is on acoustic and acoustic-electric guitars. Two main divisions of their catalog are Steel String and Classic, of which classic features nylon-stringed guitars. CG570 is settled within the Concorda 500 series in Steel String division. It comes as a non-cutaway grand auditorium guitar with a body made of mahogany back and sides and cedar top. The top is bound with black binding and adorned with a tortoise shell pickguard. The sound hole features a double circle rosette. CG570 comes with only one color option, natural with glossy finish. The bridge is made of rosewood and it features belly shape, white string pins and white fossalite string saddle. There are no electronics built onto this guitar, as it is intended for an unplugged play only. Therefore, it has no pickups, preamps or mics of any sort. The neck is made of mahogany and attached to the body with a dovetail joint placed at the 14th fret. The fingerboard is made of rosewood and it is equipped with 20 frets, dot position inlays and 1-11/16" wide fossalite string nut. The MSRP is set at $409.
