K16ce is a grand symphony guitar with single cutaway and Taylor`s Expression System in the electronics area. Koa series is an upscale collection of acoustic-electric guitars with koa and spruce bodies. Very elegant and luxurious in styling, these guitars sound even more luxurious and exclusive, yet they belong to a standard series. K16 is available in natural color with high gloss finish. Gold-plated tuners are made by Taylor and abalone decorations are subtle, yet very effective. Expression system installed on this model is especially made for the application on steel-stringed guitars. Bridge section is equipped with a standard shaped bridge made of ebony. Mahogany-made neck is also a standard feature and it is attached to the body with a dovetail joint at the 14th fret. Ebony fingerboard features 20 frets with koa series inlays.
