700 series of acoustic-electric guitars from Taylor belongs to the upper class of the market, as it offers guitars with outstanding craftsmanship and playability. Body is made of rosewood back and sides with spruce top panel. This top is bound in Indian rosewood and equipped with tortoise shell pickguard. Bridge is made of ebony and it sports a regular Taylor shape. Electronics section features Taylor`s Expression System for steel-stringed guitars.
