TAN16C12 is one of Takamine`s eclusive twelve-stringers from Supernaturals line of Pro Series. It comes with a dreadnought shaped body with single cutaway design. Takamine also applied the dovetail construction of the neck joint on this body. rosewood is used to make the back and side panels of this model, while the spruce is used for the top panel. Natural color is the only available option and it comes with glossy finish and multi-ply binding. Tortoise shell pickguard and abalone rosette decorate the top. Bridge section is equipped with a belly-shaped bridge made of rosewood. In the electronics department TAN16C12 features Takamine Cool Tube preamp without a control panel. Fingerboard on this model is made of rosewood. It features 20 frets and white dot position inlays.
