KC70 is another signature model made by Takamine Guitars. This time, it is for Kenny Chesney, one of only few members of Takamine`s signature artist family. KC70 is an orchestra model with non-cutaway design and acoustic-electric construction. Body of this model is made of mahogany and cedar. Mahogany is used for back and side panels, while the cedar sits on top. Sound board is equipped with black binding and decorative rosette around the sound hole. Natural color is the only one for this model and it features satin finish. Preamp used on this model is a standard Takamine installment, CT4B, shoulder-mounted. Bridge section is equipped with a regular belly-contoured rosewood bridge. Fingerboard is also made of rosewood and it contains 20 frets with custom inlays.
