Nouveau & Santa Fe is a line of acoustic and acoustic-electric guitars from Takamine`s Pro Series. It contains a wide range of models, of which, one is EF261S. It is a grand auditorium shaped guitar with single cutaway design and dovetail neck joint construction. Back and sides on this auditorium are made of mahogany and the sound board is made of cedar. Top panel is finished in gloss and decorated with a double circle rosette around the sound hole. Pickguard is not to be found on the specs list. Bridge section on this six-stringer is equipped with rosewood bridge with split saddle. Under-saddle piezo is combined with a CT4B preamp. Fingerboard is made of rosewood and it comes with standard 20 frets with white dot position inlays.
