PSJ-55E continues the series of jumbo-shaped guitars from Peerless. It comes with a single cutaway and stripped down top. Also, it features Fishman electronics installed within the body cavity. Pickup is accompanied by a preamp with a side-mounted control panel. Volume, tone and brilliance sliders and a tuner make up the controls of this electronics system. The body of this model is made of laminated flame back and sides and spruce top. The top is bound in a combination of aged black and white binding. Sound hole features an abalone rosette. Bridge on this model is made of rosewood. Neck is made of mahogany and it comes with a regular C contour. Fingerboard on PSJ-55E is made of rosewood and it features 20 frets, split parallelogram MOP inlays and 1.69" wide string nut.
