SE Angelus Custom is a Custom sibling of SE Angelus Standard and it brings some sophisticated appointments to the Angelus line of guitars. This model is also one of acoustic-electric novelties for 2012 PRS catalog. PRS electronics are built onto this model as well as on the standard version. SE Angelus Custom comes as a cutaway concert shaped model with a body made of solid rosewood back and sides and solid spruce top. It is available only in natural with glossy finish. The top is bound in black and white binding. Also, there are no pickguards featured on the top. The bridge compartment has an ebony made bridge with white string pins and a white bone made saddle. Electronics for SE Angelus Custom are made up of a PRS under-saddle pickup in combination with a three band equalizer. The equalizer is run by a nine volt battery. The neck is made of mahogany and features a wide contour with a dovetail joint set at 14th fret. The fingerboard is made of ebony and sports 20 frets with bird position inlays. Combination of PRS X and classic bracing, adjustable truss rod, bone string nut and PRS tuning machines wrap the specs for SE Angelus Custom.
