The amplification duties are entrusted to Ovation OCP-1K under-saddle pickup and OP-PRO preamp with on-board controls mounted on the side of the guitar. The neck on this model is made of maple with a V contour and a set-in joint. The fingerboard is made of rosewood and has 22 medium jumbo frets, no position inlays and a synthetic bone nut.
