Special Editions series in Martin catalog encompasses models which could not be situated in any of the standard series. Also, within it`s roster are found models with some special, or non-standard features. SWDGT is a non-cutaway dreadnought guitar with body made of cherry back and sides and spruce top. The top on this model is finished in gloss, while the rest of the body is finished in satin. Red tortoise binding, black plastic pickguard and simple single circle rosette adorn the top. Bridge on this model is made of katalox and it features a standard belly shape. Cherry is also the material used for neck, which is equipped with oval contour and mortise & tenon joint. fingerboard is made of katalox and it comes with 20 frets, dot inlays and 1.6875" wide string nut.
