Limited editions series contains unique models which are either inspired by, or replicas of some legendary models from the golden age of acoustics. This D-18 1955 CFM IV is a dreadnought shaped model with non-cutaway construction. It`s back and sides are made of mahogany and the sound board is made of company`s standard, spruce. Top panel is equipped with a tortoise shell pickguard and finished in gloss. Binding is done in tortoise, while the sound board features a discreet single circle rosette. In the bridge section, there is an ebony bridge installed. Neck on this vintage-styled Martin is made of mahogany and it is equipped with V contour. Fingerboard on this model is made of ebony and it comes with 20 frets, dot position inlays and 1-11/16" wide bone string nut.
