F-50R is a model situated within Guild`s Traditional series (the main goal of this series is the revival of the revered golden age tone), and it is a vintage-styled guitar with jumbo body. This model features non-cutaway design and a set neck. Back and sides are made of rosewood, while the sound board is made of spruce. The spruce top is finished in high gloss polish and bound in maple binding. Black plastic pickguard and triple circle rosette decorate the body. Bridge is made of rosewood, and the electronics section features D-TAR Wave Length pickup/preamp system with side mounted control panel. Three-piece mahogany neck is topped with an ebony fingerboard. 20 frets, pearl block position inlays and 1-11/16" wide bone nut complete the fingerboard.
