Gibson`s Super Jumbo series features models with jumbo-shaped bodies and vintage styling. Western Classic Prewar 200 is inspired by jumbos made before WWII and it comes with non-cutaway design. IT`s back and side panels are made of rosewood, while the top is made of spruce. Top is equipped with rich prewar decorations, such as ivoroid binding, vintage-styled pickguard and multi-circle rosette. Perhaps the strongest reminder of this guitar`s prewar heritage is it`s mustache bridge which is made of ebony. There are no electronics on this model, as Gibson aimed for faithful recreation. Neck is made of maple and it sports slim taper contour. It features a dovetail joint and it is topped with 20-fret ebony fingerboard. Gold-plated Waverly tuners and 25-1/2" scale wrap the specs list.
