Boulder Creek`s Solitaire series is all about the player. It`s models are made to sound good and look god to it`s owner and player. One of the appointments on the models from this series shouts it louder than everything else. Sound hole on these guitars is moved from it`s usual position at the center of the sound board and placed on the side of the body, facing the player. This and other adjustments were made because Boulder Creek luthiers realized that a player spends most of his playing time practicing and, basically, playing to himself. ECR3-N is a single-cut dreadnought guitar with body made of solid mahogany back, laminated mahogany sides and solid spruce top. Electronics include AB4-1 system and standard 20-fret fingerboard has dot inlays.
