BTB-28-12-G is an affordable twelve-string guitar from Bedell`s Inspiration series. This line deals with affordable guitars and it`s paramount principle is as much quality for a set maximum price. This, of course, means a lot of limitations, for the price tags are well under $1,000, but Bedell actually does pretty decent job on these steel-stringers. This particular 12-stringer sports a dreadnought body with fully acoustic construction. It`s made of rosewood back and sides with spruce sound board on top. Rosewood`s strong low end and smooth tone are countered with spruce`s lively response to create a very good mix. Rosewood bridge is made with belly contour and it`s matched with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard. Neck on this model is made of mahogany.
