Alvarez is a brand best known for budget friendly acoustics and acoustic-electric guitars. It is situated in St. Louis, Missouri, but their top models are being hand made by Kazuo Yairi in Japan. Alvarez features several lines of affordable guitars and Regent series is one of them. RF012C is a model from this series and it comes with folk shaped body with single cutaway construction. It`s back and sides are made of mahogany, while the top is made of spruce. Black plastic pickguard, double circle rosette and standard shaped rosewood bridge decorate the glossy top panel. Electronics on this model include Fishman Aero system. Fingerboard on this folk steel-stringer is made of rosewood and it comes with a set of 20 frets with dot position inlays. Chrome plated tuners end the list of features.
