Dreads and folks are the most prominent body contours in Alvarez catalog and this, Regent series is divided between them. RF010 opens up the range of folks with a basic non-cutaway styled body. Construction-wise, this body has got a dovetail joint for the neck and it`s fully acoustic. Thus, no electronics are installed on, or within the body. Body of this folk is made of mahogany and spruce. Mahogany is in the back and on the sides, while spruce is on the top, serving as the sound board. It is one of the best and most popular combinations for acoustics. Bridge section is equipped with a standard-shaped bridge made of rosewood. Also, rosewood is used for the fingerboard. It has a regular set of 20 frets with dot position inlays.
