Yairi range is the top line of Alvarez acoustic and classical guitars. Originally, all models were made by Kazuo Yairi, in his shop in Kani City, Japan. After Mr. Yairi`s death, Alvarez Yairi models continued to be made in the same facilities. CY75CE is one of six classical models currently made in Japan. It belongs to the tier 75 and rocks the cutaway body, as well as top-class electronics. Main features include rosewood back/sides, AA grade Western red cedar top (solid, bound in ivory), one-piece mahogany neck (classical profile, 12th fret Spanish Heel joint), 19-fret rosewood fingerboard (12th fret abalone inlay, 2-1/16" bone nut, 25-19/32" scale), FST2M bracing pattern, and fixed rosewood bridge. The MSRP for this model is set at $1,999.
