HA series also has an acoustic bass division, which is occupied by HA-B07, jumbo shaped four-stringer. This model comes with single cutaway designed body. IT`s made of five different tone woods: lacewood, maple, rosewood, spruce and mahogany. Lacewood, rosewood and maple are combined on the body sides and back, while the spruce is used on the top as sound board. Top panel is embellished with elegant binding, triple circle rosette and high gloss finish. In addition to this, Hofner installs hardware with mixed chrome and gold plating. Bridge section is a series` standard and it features a regular rosewood-made bridge. Neck on this bass is made of mahogany and it`s attached to the body with a dovetail joint. 22-fret fingerboard is made of rosewood.
