JB-320E is the only acoustic bass in the Tombstone series` initial lineup. The eight-piece line was introduced at 2015 NAMM show along with many other novelties and updates introduced for ESP`s 40th anniversary. As the only four-stringed model in the series, JB-320E is placed within the basic 300 tier, along with D-320E, J-310E and A-300E. This single-cut bass comes with a single-cut body made of ovangkol back and sides (the rest of the 300 models comes with mahogany back and sides) and solid red cedar top (among the six stringers, D-320E is the only one with cedar top, other two come with spruce tops). Rosewood bridge on this model comes with a bone saddle and Fishman Sonicore pickup beneath it (these features are shared with 430 models). Fishman`s Isys+ preamp with an on-board tuner is also taken over from the 430 tier six-stringers. Mahogany neck with the thin U profile is common for all the 300 and 430 models. On its top, there is a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with diamond inlays and 1.50" bone nut. Modern bass tuners on the headstock have LTD badge on them.
