Washburn Nuno Bettencourt N7 Vintage

The return of the mighty Nuno Bettencourt signature series.

Washburn Nuno Bettencourt N7 Vintage

Washburn revamps the Nuno Bettencourt line with a brand new seven-stringer. It is a vintage-styled guitar made in the image of the previous N series legends.

Washburn is the home of one of the flashiest signature series ever made, as well as one of the most discreet ever created. When it`s about flash and glam, there are not many flashier and glamorous people on the rock scene than Paul Stanley, Mr Starchild himself. On the other side of the spectrum are the players dedicated to the ultimate tone and the fretboard skills. Among them, there are very few more dedicated to that pursuit than Nuno Bettencourt. As mirror images of their personalities, their signature series carve their own paths through the market. While the Paul`s series appeals to the wilder and more extrovert players who enjoy being under the spotlight, N series is all about the tone, playability and stealth. For 2015, Washburn has revitalized and expanded the Nuno Bettencourt`s signature line with the brand new N7 Vintage. It is made in the vein of the previous N series models and it adds the seventh string for all the players out there who play across a vast array of styles and genres. The MSRP for this stealthy seven-stringer is set at $3,732.

Washburn N7 Vintage is a solid-bodied guitar with a flat-top design and Stephen`s extended cutaway construction. It is made entirely of alder and has a bolt-on neck joint. Matte-finished body of this exceptional seven-stringer is topped with a chrome-plated Floyd Rose bridge and a pair of Seymour Duncan humbuckers. Controls unit is a simple one, it`s made up of one volume knob and a three-way toggle pickup switch. Bolt-on maple neck has a superfast profile and a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
