The Coldplay return with a new album Mylo Xyloto, which is band`s fifth studio effort. In support of the album promotion Fender will give away one American Vintage '72 Telecaster Thinline with a Mylo Xyloto themed paint job plus a copy of CD to a lucky contestant. Five runners up will get a copy of the album. Propositions of the contest stipulate that only US and Canada residents are eligible for this great giveaway. The main prize, the Fender American Vintage '72 Telecaster Thinline is a tribute to one specific model from the Telecaster line from the early 1970s and it is packed with a number of historically accurate features such as three-bolt neck plate with Micro-Tilt adjustment, bullet truss rod nut and vintage-styled "F" tuners. Fender American Vintage '72 Telecaster Thinline comes with a legendary Tele-shaped semi-hollow body made of ash wood and combined with a standard maple neck. Top of the body features a beautiful "F" hole along the upper waist line of the body. Vintage Strat Hardtail bridge with string through construction is in the firm command of the tuning stability and tone control. Fender Wide Range humbuckers are placed in the bridge and neck positions and supply fantastic amounts of sustain and guarantee for a magnificent tone. Fender American Vintage '72 Telecaster Thinline has a "C" shaped maple neck with a three-bolt joint. Bolt plate features Micro-Tilt adjustment. Maple fingerboard features 21 vintage styled frets and black dot inlays. Other features include: gloss lacquer finish, 7.25" fingerboard radius, 1.65" nut width, 25-1/2" scale length, synthetic bone nut and a pickguard.
