Follow these instructions to learn how to play chord with fingering. Starting from the low E string (the thickest string) you should place your fingers like this (this is called fingering):

  • - E string: Press the 3rd fret with your ring finger
  • - A string: Press the 3rd fret with your pinky
  • - D string: Press the 2nd fret with your middle finger
  • - G string: Play this string open
  • - B string: Press the 1st fret with your index finger
  • - E string: Play this string open

Now strum the strings one by one and make sure that every tone rings clearly.
