Nuno Bettencourt is best known as the lead guitarist of the hard rock outfit Extreme. They`ve reached the height of their popularity in the early 1990s with a string of chart hits. Through various lineup changes and turmoils, Nuno has remained one of the pillars of Extreme. Nuno has played Washburn guitars for years and years. He also has a signature series made by Washburn and N 2 Vintage is one of it`s models. It comes with a solid, double-cut body made of agathis. It is flat on top and features a bolt-on joint. Double-locking Floyd Rose bridge is fronted by a pair of passive Seymour Duncan pickups. Bolt-on neck is made of maple and it is topped with a standard 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
