Excalibur Ultra HSH features a solid, double cutaway body made of two pieces of centrally-joined alder. It also comes with a flamed maple top. The top is carved and finished in varnish gloss. On the other side, there are no pickguards. The bridge on this model is a classic tremolo bridge with string-through construction and chrome plating. In the pickups compartment EMG provides an ultra powerful combo of EMG81 in the bridge and 85 in the neck. Between them is EMG-SA single coil pickup. Master volume, master tone and five-position blade switch make up controls unit. Bolted neck is made of maple and equipped with D contour. Maple and rosewood fingerboards both come with 24 medium frets, dot position inlays, 11.80 radius and 1.65" teflon nut. Vigier tuners and 25-3/5" scale complete the specs.
