Solidbody Koa is a model from the 35th Anniversary series made by Taylor Guitars. It is based on the regular Solidbody series single-cut guitars with added premium tonewoods, decorations and hardware. This solid single-cut is made of mahogany back and carved koa top. This combination is quite rare in the industry, mainly due to the scarcity and price of quality koa wood. Edgeburst is the only color option available for this model and it perfectly displays the beauty of koa`s grain. Simple hardtail bridge is installed on the top and it features chrome plating. Pickups department in it`s front is equipped with a pair of active minibuckers. Standard controls unit is featured with them. mahogany neck runs all the way through the body and it is topped with a 22-fret ebony fingerboard.
