Stock black Squire Jagmaster with the exception of added Sperzel Locking tuners. The original tuners are solid but changed due to the need for string changing expedience. a 2004 Model purchased used from Guitar Center. It was exceptionally set up already. One of the finest guitars to come out recently from the Fender/Squire line. A really well made guitar of surprising quality. I have used the Squire Jagmaster for the last five years as a guitarist for a local community theater pit band. I like the simple controls which are spaced out evenly. The 24 inch scale is a plus for close quarters and the offset waist shaped body is very comfortable and supports the chest area while sitting. The Duncan Designed HB pickups are on the mild side but sound great for clean settings and dirty up with increased gain. Overall. it works for many styles of playing like Jazz, Popular and Country/R & B.

It have a lovely neck and a "playability" just over the "edge"! As I said; the beutiful "playability and the nice "craftmanship"!! According to the price......Very good!! The only "drawback" ... is the one and lonley wooden skrew, who is attatching the bridge to the body? But I`ve tested it, and I loose! But still.........?
