Sun Valley Series is just in time for 2017 edition of Winter NAMM. It kicks off with a pair of six-stringed models, with more models expected throughout the year. The basic concept is simple, a flat-top body, locking bridge, fierce pickups and a super fast neck, all for the ultimate emulation of the 80s shred axe. Sun Valley Super Shredder FR S starts off with a solid, flat mahogany body (Strat-styled black plastic pickguard), maple neck (thin C profile, bolt-on joint) and 24-fret fingerboard (extra jumbo frets, staggered offset dot inlays, 1.625" locking nut, 25-1/2" scale, 14" radius). Important hardware and electronics features include a Floyd Rose Special bridge, EMG Retro Active Super 77 humbucker (bridge), Schecter Sustainiac (neck) and Schecter tuners.
