Keith Merrow is one of the new signature artists, introduced by Schecter for 2014. His signature model, Keith Merrow KM-7 is based on the new Blackjack C-7 model and rocks pretty similar set of features and appointments. KM-7 is a solid and double-cut (C-7) guitar with a carved top and set in neck. materials used for the body are mahogany and flamed maple. Mahogany is in the back, while the flamed maple cap i son the top. There`s only one color option available for this model, Trans White Satin in combination with black binding and hardware. On the top, there`s the standard seven-saddled hardtail bridge with string-through construction and black plating. In the front, Schecter installs the popular Nazgul/Sentient pair of humbuckers made by Seymour Duncan. In the controls department, KM-7 features one volume knob with push/pull switch and a three-way toggle pickup switch. Neck is made of three pieces of maple and is combined with an ultra access cutaway. In the back, it rocks the ultra thin C contour, while on the top it sports the 24-fret ebony fingerboard with offset dot inlays. The MSRP for this model is set at $1,449.00.
