Able to give bone-crushing metal performance and then, with a flick of the switch, tone down for calm and melodic acoustic passages these Solo shaped guitars have it all. Hellraiser Solo 6 E/A comes with a fully hollow mahogany body with a quilted maple top. The top is bound in abalone binding and adorned with a displaced triangular sound hole. The bridge is a Fishman tune-o-matic with a stoptail bar and chrome plating. This bridge also contains a set of piezo pickup and powerchip preamp. Regular pickup combo includes EMG81 in the bridge and EMG89 in the neck position. Constrols consist of master volume, master tone and a three-way toggle switch for conventional pickups and master volume, master tone (it also serves to split EMG81 into a single coil) and a three-way mini switch. Neck on this model is made of three pieces of mahogany. It is set and equipped with ultra access lower cutaway. The fingerboard is made of rosewood and it features 24 extra jumbo frets with abalone Gothic cross inlays. Other features include:25-1/2" scale, Schecter locking tuners, and chrome plated hardware. Hellraiser Solo 6 E/A is currently available in black cherry with gloss finish.
