Hellraiser Hybrid is a completely new concept Schecter has introduced at this year`s NAMM. It successfully combines the classic Hellraiser base with some non-characteristic features and appointments. Hybrids are available only in Trans Black Burst with carbon fiber binding and black chrome hardware. Neck and fingerboard materials are changed from mahogany/rosewood to maple/ebony for more crisp and speed. Also, the back contour on hybrid Hellraisers is a compound one, ranging from 12 at the nut to 16 above the 24th fret. Hellraiser Hybrid C-1 LH is a solid and double-cut guitar with six-string construction, standard 25-1/2" scale and set in neck with ultra access cutaway. Mahogany back is topped with a quilt maple cap with carbon fiber binding around it. Tune-o-matic bridge is alone in the bridge position and is fronted with a pair of active EMG humbuckers. 57 is in the bridge and 66 in the neck position. Basic controls unit includes two volume knobs, one tone knob and a three-position blade switch. Maple neck is super fast and comfortable in hand and guarantees a supreme playing experience.
