One of the newest additions to the line is the Sustainiac sub series and C-7 FR model is the perfect playground for this double-coiled beast to show what it`s got. Solid and double-cut mahogany body features quilt maple top, abalone top binding, top-mounted Floyd Rose trem and EMG 81-7/Sustainiac pickups combo with an extended controls unit for a firework of tonal options and possibilities. Set in mahogany neck has the thin C profile in the back and a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard on the top. Ultra Access heel, 26-1/2" scale and Grover tuners complete the core specs list.

Spectacular guitar. I was honestly surprised by this guitar. I've always been an Ibanez die hard, but decided on a whim to have a go at this and I can honestly say I haven't played anything else. Even without the Sustainiac circuit the guitar sings for days and with the Sustainiac, the only limit is battery life. The active pickups are fantastic and the Sustainiac acts as a very nice single coilish pickup when not using the function. Absolutely wonderful guitar, would totally recommend to either an experienced or a beginner guitarist.
