Hellraiser 006 FR is a Special Edition model made for 2013. It offers specs list almost identical to the standard Hellraiser series, but it`s body varies a bit in design. Also, certain appointments, like the pickups choice, do not fit in the regular Hellraiser series. 006 comes with a solid and double-cut body and a set in neck. Body of this model features carved top and ultra access cutaway. Also, the back is contoured and its finished in high gloss. Back is made of mahogany, while the top is made of quilted maple. The main design difference when compared to the standard Hellraisers is that this model has shorter cutaway horns. Bridge section is equipped with a Floyd Rose 1000-series double-locking bridge with black chrome plating and locking nut. Pickups department is also one of the places specs list of this model differs from the regular Hellraiser series. This one has EMG 81 in the bridge and 89 in the neck, instead of 81/85 combo. This fact enables the 006 to have coil-splitting push/pull switches on volume knobs. One tone knob and three-position blade switch complete the controls unit. 3-piece mahogany neck has a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with abalone Gothic cross inlays. Tuners on the headstock are Grovers.
